Our space is that of community and self care, a place to reflect and move safely and effectively to decrease injury, promote safe movement, and create sustainable movement patterns for life.
WHY "EMPOWER MVMT"?
The idea started out as a brainstorm with friends off our common name "em" but quickly became "empower" as our brand aims to bridge the gap in our community by empowering our clients to find services where their voice is heard.
The "mvmt" part was easy - we want to use movement as our mode of therapy! We want our community to feel and do their best to continue to move in their preferred way out in their community, with their families, and for the self-care they deserve.
